Our pizza dough is made from scratch with our trusty 1965 Hobart mixer (that was the year it was built.) We make each batch a full 24 hours ahead of time, because like great wine and flavorful beer, the best things in life take time. NO SHORTCUTS.
What about the red sauce, you ask? Ours starts with the thickest, heartiest tomato puree on the market. Then, we load it with over TWO POUNDS of our very own secret blend of spices to each batch.
Only after wire whipping it for over 10 minutes, we can guarantee perfect consistency. The result – a sauce packed with distinct flavors that your taste buds will NEVER find out of a can!
